Job Position Announcement

Heritage Sandy Springs seeks a part-time (generally one day a week) horticulturalist to maintain the gardens at the Sandy Springs Historic Site. The site features 300 species of plants including old roses, heirloom vegetables, fruit trees, flowers and native plants. Duties include garden maintenance, garden design, and supervision of volunteers. Occasional need to conduct tours, provide programs and provide botanical research to docents and the Program Director. Excellent communication skills and the ability direct others are necessary skills as well.
